The public is invited to honor the memory of General Francis Marion. The South Carolina Air National Guard Swamp Fox Wing will fly over precisely at 11 am. The Washington Light Infantry color guard will post the colors. The Pledge of Allegiance will be recited. The National Anthem will be sung. The DAR, SAR and allied organizations will present wreaths. The Executive Director of the SC Huguenot Society will speak.
