Lecture: South Carolina’s Women’s Wars for Independence

Dr Lori Glover, Chair of the History Department at St. Louis University, will be at the College of Charleston's Addlestone Library for a lecture and discussion that is free and open to the public. Dr. Glover is the author of several books including Founders as Father: The Private Lives and Politics of the American Revolution (Yale 2014) and a biography of Eliza Lucas Pinckney: An Independent Woman in the Age of Revolution( Yale 2020).
