The Town of Patrick, together with Mayor Rosa Lee Millsaps Privette and the Patrick Town Council, invites you to attend the Unveiling Ceremony honoring the lat John C. Jack Parker, Jr., recipient of South Carolina’s highest civilian honor, the Order of the Palmetto.

This special ceremony will dedicate new recognition signate at all four of Patrick’s town entrance signs in tribute to Mr. Parker’ decades of scholarship, leadership, and service in documenting South Carolina’s Revolutionary War history.
