An interactive lecture and program designed and presented by Dr. Tray Dunaway, retired general surgeon, Camden, SC, former chairman of Historic Camden and former Natural Resources Director for the Camden Battlefield and Longleaf Pine Preserve. Teaming up with Liberty Live and Southern Campaign 1780, his group will present Battle & Bones using archaeology, forensic science, and a bit of historical detective work involving the audience (12 years and up) to help uncover secrets from a long-lost Revolutionary War battlefield and you get to solve the mystery.
Seating is limited so come early.
Don’t forget Saturday, April 11, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. the Beaufort History Museum, the South Carolina American Revolution Sestercentennial Commission (SC250), the SC250 Beaufort, DAR, SAR, and SAS will be hosting Step Back 250 Years – History Comes Alive in the Beaufort District at the old Arsenal located at 713 Craven Street, Beaufort, South Carolina.
