*Part of “A Glorious Cause: South Carolina and the American Revolution: A Public History Initiative by the Georgetown County Library,” the Andrews Library welcomes historian Dr. Lee B. Wilson, who will share engaging research and anecdotes from her in-progress book about how treason was used as a political weapon during the Revolution. Dr. Wilson is an accomplished historian of the colonial and Revolutionary periods who serves as Associate Chair and Associate Professor of History at Clemson University.
The project is made possible by a Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) administered by the South Carolina State Library (SCSL).
