Town of Fort Mill Independence Day Celebration

Join the Town of Fort Mill as we celebrate America’s 250th birthday at our annual Independence Day Celebration on Friday, July 3, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Fort Mill Amphitheater and Walter Elisha Park, located at 345 N. White Street.

The evening begins with the American Bombshells performing a mix of patriotic favorites, country hits, and classic rock ‘n’ roll. Following their performance, Sigmon Theatrical presents Spirit of America, a special production honoring our nation’s birthday with patriotic music, entertainment, and inspiring performances.

The Town’s Independence Day Celebration Ceremony will begin at 7:30 p.m. and feature members of Town Council, the South Carolina Strawberry Queens, local dignitaries, the National Anthem, and special musical performances.
At 8:00 p.m., enjoy the Carolina Troubadours, a premier George Strait tribute band, leading up to an exciting fireworks spectacular at 9:15 p.m.

Throughout the event, guests can enjoy a variety of food and beverage vendors, arts and crafts exhibitors, nonprofit organizations, and local businesses.

Be sure to visit the Liberty Landing: Step into History, featuring a living-history encampment and special presentations at 6:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m., and 8:00 p.m. Learn about cannons, muskets, and the events that helped America win its freedom.

Families won’t want to miss Stateline Productions near the Kids Zone, offering music, bubbles, games, and the Most Patriotic Contest at 6:30 p.m. Stop by the Town of Fort Mill tent for special games, giveaways, and more.
