The South Carolina American Revolution Sestercentennial Commission presents The Francis Marion Papers, a preserved and expanding digital collection documenting General Francis Marion’s life, correspondence, and Revolutionary War leadership. Developed over two decades, the project provides scholars and the public with transcribed documents, maps, annotations, and ongoing updates that illuminate Marion’s legacy.
