SC250 at The South Carolina State Fair
The SC250 Revolutionary South Carolina Discovery Center is an exhibit at the South Carolina State Fairgrounds that brings South Carolina’s Revolutionary past to life. Through immersive displays, reenactors, historic weaponry, hands-on activities, and stories of Patriots, Loyalists, and the diverse people who shaped the Revolution, visitors can explore South Carolina’s pivotal role in the fight for American independence.
A Revolutionary Partnership
SC 250 is proud to partner with The South Carolina State Fair in launching the Revolutionary SC Discovery Center. For generations, the South Carolina State Fair has brought people together to celebrate the traditions, creativity, and community that make our state special. From its agricultural roots to today’s beloved rides, exhibits, food, music, and entertainment, the Fair reflects the evolving spirit of South Carolina.
As we commemorate 250 years of South Carolina’s history, the State Fair offers a fitting place to explore the people, places, and stories that helped shape our state and continue to bring South Carolinians together today.
