Newberry County First Steps Story Walk, "A Spy Called James". Follow the story of James Armistead Lafayette, African American Patriot Double-Agent, during the American Revolution, based on the book by Anne Rockwell and illustrated by Floyd Cooper. Excellent children's activity, Story Walk features multiple story segments posted along downtown Main Street in Newberry, SC
