Revolutionary War Review Homeschool Friday – Fall of Charleston, SC

October 16 – Fall of Charleston, SC (May 12, 1780).

We’re focusing on the Fall of Charleston, SC, on May 12, 1780. We will go over the units and leaders involved before exploring how the battle unfolded. Then, we will look at how this affected the larger war effort. We will also have a refresher of the Battle of Sullivan’s Island that took place about four years earlier.

As a part of our celebrations and remembrances during the 250th, the Anderson County Museum is adding a series to our Homeschool Friday program.

The Revolutionary War Review series will focus on several elements of the Revolutionary War and is open to all students.
